Shipping Information
All Katrina LaPenne Jewelry is hand made to order and comes with a complimentary gift box. If you would like to order an item and ship it as a gift with the sales invoice removed please contact us before you place your order.
Most pieces will be ready to ship within 5 business days. Some orders may take longer and include items that must be made from scratch or any items that are not currently in stock. We will alert you if any items you ordered are not in stock or are expected to take longer than 5 business days to produce. Expedited shipping will speed up delivery time. But please note that if you order 2 day shipping, your piece will not automatically come in two days. If you have a specific time frame or need a piece by a certain date, please contact us. We are able to accommodate most rush orders. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please email us. All order over $100.00 will be shipped with signature required unless otherwise noted. If you would like to ship an order Internationally and have any questions or concerns please contact us.

Return Policy
Website Orders are returnable within 7 days of the arrival of your merchandise. All jewelry must be returned in brand new, unworn condition, with original packaging. Please email us before you ship a return. Returns must include a copy of the original sales invoice and a return address. Katrina LaPenne Jewelry is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail. For this reason, we suggest you use a carrier with a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx, or USPS with delivery or signature confirmation.
